- Early Registration though February 21st: $450 for first attendee, $400 for each additional attendee.
- Registration February 22nd – March 21st: $525 for first attendee, $475 for each additional attendee.
- Registration after March 21st: Registration will be on a space-available basis: $525 for first attendee, $475 for each additional attendee. Please note the cut-off date for the hotel block of rooms is March 21st.
